Once the squash is cooked, let it cool down before you attempt to scoop out the inside. Sauté the onions and garlic until translucent, add the herbs and spices and the soup base and bring to a boil. Add all the other ingredients and let simmer until the carrots are soft. Blend in a blender if desired. Serve and enjoy!
