One of the two major markets in Montreal, Atwater offers a huge selection of fresh food and produce. While not all of it is locally grown, there is much that is, as well as locally-made jams, other health foods, meats, fish, and bakery goods.
The Good Food Box makes top-quality, healthy produce more affordable. How? They buy their fruits and vegetables collectively at wholesale prices directly from farmers (when possible) and distribute them to various locations in Notre-Dame-de-Grace.

Frenco has a great supply of bulk food with vitamins, natural cleaners, herbs and spices, and some organic foods. They aren't always the cheapest, they have a good selection, that's for sure!
Le Frigo Vert is Concordia's student food cooperative. It offers a variety of organic and bulk foods, as well as quick snacks, coffee, and environmentally friendly household products, all at a great price.
